Doorstep Delivery & Service Updates
COVID-19 has changed our world overnight. During these times, we are continuously adapting our safety measures based on World Health Organization (WHO) and Health Canada Guidelines.
Our priority is the health and safety of our Clients, Delivery Partners and our Staff.
We're working closely with our Suppliers to get the goods, safely to our warehouses. Shipments may be taking longer to arrive (due to this event) — it may impact your delivery schedule. But we are continuing to work through this as efficiently as possible.
Doorstep Delivery
We continue to deliver large items to your Doorstep such as TVs, Furniture, Mattresses and more.
Our Delivery Team/Partner will deliver your order to the first, dry, safe area immediately outside your front door.
No-Contact Delivery
Many of our Delivery Partners are opting for No-Contact Delivery. You may not have to sign for your delivery during this period, however your presence is still required.
Instead of your signature, you may be asked to provide: proof of identification or proof of age.
Adjusted Delivery Times
Due to high demand, delivery times may be longer than usual. Our warehouses are restocking and shipping as quickly as possible. We're working around the clock to ensure the availability of our products.
Scheduled Deliveries
• Delivery teams cannot enter your home. Your items will be delivered to the first dry, safe area outside of your front door.
• Apartment/condo deliveries will be made to the front door of your building.
• For the safety of our delivery teams/partners, we need all pathways to be cleared of any obstacles. If our team is unable to get to your door safely, we will do curb-side delivery.
• White-glove service is not available at this time. This includes removal of recycling, installations, etc.
