MDG is Great!

I had needed things for awhile and didn’t know how to get them, thanks to Covid my Credit Cards were maxed. I’m a senior with not to many options, my Grandson told me about MDG and that they would help me for sure. So I went on line and a washer/dryer that I needed became mine. I have added to this quite a few times so it’s an ongoing thing. But Ik without MDG I would never have been able to get the things that I both wanted and needed. Thanks

I ran into an issue with my order not being in stock even though it had been processed and supposedly shipped. I called my customer care associate to find out what was going on. She got back to me and said that the item had been sold out. I promptly reordered and she rushed the new item through processing and had it shipped. She wrote me two beautiful letters during all of this which clearly explained what had happened and how they would help. My customer care associate obviously cared about me and my order. I am happy with the new phone which I have purchased from MDG.
