When I finally decided to take a chance with purchasing products through MDG platform, I was a bit skeptical. The day my product arrived made me a truly happily satisfied customer who would recommend all my friends and family to join the MDG platform.

I've made a couple purchases through MDG. The first one went very well. The second one had problems with the package lost in shipping. Customer service went above and beyond and fought UPS who constantly tried to close the investigation and forced them to re-open it THREE TIMES!! UPS eventually admitted fault and I had another one sent to me. You really don't know the character of a company and what values they're willing to stand behind until something goes bad and MDG went to bat for me until UPS made it right. This is how you get a customer for life and I'm looking forward to my next purchase with MDG.

Good and efficient service
