The staff are all helpful, polite, and answer any questions no matter how big or small they are. You get rewarded when your loan is getting paid off almost, and they offer you another loan. It is a good way to help build your credit as they report the payments monthly. I recommend them to all, especially if you have been refused by the large banks.
