I myself am in the customer service industry and after decades of dealing with people and various companies, MDG HAS exceeded my rather high standards on going the extra mile and leaving me speechless due to being overly impressed. My contact agent, Savanna Divac was incredible no matter how many times I called and emailed. Being a new customer, I figured I would get treated great until the 'after purchase' service when most companies I have dealt with in the past; don't care that you have an issue or whatever. I highly recommend this service. I unjustly judged them recently and I feel badly for it. This truly is a great company even though I think they're interest rates are a tad bit too high.
