Every time I call I receive Grace service from and always answer what I need to know and the answer very fast on the phone and what I like I want to say thank you to your team and great service to everybody who answer my call keep the good work

You can pay faster if you wan and it easy to talk with some one , good for credit

It was very easy; the process, the calls, the wait time. Everything was A+++

I ran into an issue with my order not being in stock even though it had been processed and supposedly shipped. I called my customer care associate to find out what was going on. She got back to me and said that the item had been sold out. I promptly reordered and she rushed the new item through processing and had it shipped. She wrote me two beautiful letters during all of this which clearly explained what had happened and how they would help. My customer care associate obviously cared about me and my order. I am happy with the new phone which I have purchased from MDG.
