100% the best customer service experience I have had in a long time. I was so impressed by the care, and professionalism of the MDG team. I had a quick and pleasant experience, the did not waste my time, or try to upsell, only gave me exactly what I needed. Super impressed and definitely takes care when it comes to customer service.

I am happy I took out a 3yr warranty on my HP All in One computer. I never thought I would have to use it, but after 2yrs my computer would not turn on. I called MDG and Marissa took great care of me, they advised that I was still under warranty and they managed to get the computer shipped back to them. The only thing was since the computer was not in stock I was given a gaming monitor as a replacement. So although I didn't really benefit from the warranty as I didn't get a computer back in return I did get something of comparable value.
