“Genuine support”
I had an issue with a mistake in the order and UPS delivery. I wasn't overly concern about the issue and wanted to just inform them about the mistake in the order. I sent an email and got an immediate email response and also a phone call. They corrected the order, but UPS delayed the delivery of the order.
After a while I just wanted to let it go but the customer service representative went above and beyond to correct the order. I was very surprised. what impacted me was the sincerity and genuine concerned about my happiness with the order. I had three representatives and all of them were very professional but even more remarkable they all expressed genuine remorse for the delay and mistake in the order. My experience with them has been great.
I will continue to patronize them because they have earned my respect and trust.
