Been customer for about 3 yrs and nothing negative I can say about them, and if you experience an issue, customer service will handle your issue's with priority to solve your issue, they will help in anyway you ask, they will explain it to you if your not understanding which orders and setting up payments is an easy, thank you for asking my opinion

Ordered a bed frame and mattress, delivery was quick and easy. Chose a full living room set, spoke to rep requesting delivery inside front door, due to the fact I'm disabled and could not get help for set up until after delivery. I had no way to physically get product in my door to be safe. No stairs, main floor condo with entrance door right on patio. They would only deliver outside. I offered to pay extra. Still no, I was told to call carrier. Carrier said they would gladly help me but MDG just had to request it on delivery. Called back MDG they said no they wouldn't do it. But had already processed order. So I canceled immediately. This was an easy request, I think they could have done this and kept a loyal customer.
