The whole process was very simple, everything was explained thoroughly by my account manager Dennis who responded to an questions I had very promptly. He would respond to any inquiries with knowledge and pleasant demeanor and he was very easy to deal with. It was an easy process and he made it easier by explaining things correctly and effectively. This has been a great experience overall. You guys should teach other companies how it's done!

It was a little stressful, not knowing who to ask or what to do. I’m not a person who ask for help from other family members so I remembered a couple of times getting an advertisement from MDG and I said I would try they were professional. They were knowledgeable what I like most it wasn’t a quick process because they protect themselves as they protect your information and your account and I love that, but I was able to get the funds needed to purchase flowers for her funeral and was able to be there for my other siblings. I am still in the process of making my monthly payments and once they’re complete I would like to come back again and let you know how that process was again thank you MDG 10 stars.
