Ordered a bed frame and mattress, delivery was quick and easy. Chose a full living room set, spoke to rep requesting delivery inside front door, due to the fact I'm disabled and could not get help for set up until after delivery. I had no way to physically get product in my door to be safe. No stairs, main floor condo with entrance door right on patio. They would only deliver outside. I offered to pay extra. Still no, I was told to call carrier. Carrier said they would gladly help me but MDG just had to request it on delivery. Called back MDG they said no they wouldn't do it. But had already processed order. So I canceled immediately. This was an easy request, I think they could have done this and kept a loyal customer.

Everytime a make a pursharse with them, they are always ready to help with the order give head up and more. I would be more then glad to tell people to go and buy stuff trough them really attentive and guide there client trought every step

There were a few times over the years when I didn't know what I was going to do when Christmas rolled around and I wanted so badly to offer gifts I knew my two youngest Grandsons would be overjoyed to recieve and had it not been for MDG I could never have played the "Best Santa" roll for them. Thank you MDG for making Christmas great for me and the boys.

I have a great experience with MDG, they go above and beyond my expectations even when I try to make an effort to meet them half way with all my dealings.
