Large and heavy items can’t be shipped by standard means, so we schedule them to be delivered. Some Scheduled Delivery items are not eligible for Free Standard Shipping. Items that are not eligible for Free Shipping will be noted on the item pages. Shipping charges for these items will appear in your cart.
How Much Does it Cost?
If you live within a major urban area scheduled delivery costs $49.00 for TVs, Large Furniture, Mattresses and Appliances.
When Will My Delivery Date be Scheduled?
Delivery date is depending on your availability, availability of the carrier, and availability of the item(s) being delivered. You can expect a member of the carrier’s team to reach out to you within 2 business days after you have verified your order with a member of MDG’s Verification Team, or have completed the Online Verification Tab.
If you require set up assistance, packaging removal, delivery through the front door into your house or up a flight of stairs there may be additional fees.
Delivery Service Updates
To ensure the safety of our Clients and Delivery Partners, all home deliveries may be Contactless Door Deliveries.
Delivery teams cannot enter your home and your item(s) will be delivered to the first dry, safe area outside of your front door. If you live in an apartment or condo, your item(s) will be delivered to the front door of your building.
White glove delivery service (room of choice delivery with packaging removal, installations, etc.) is not available at this time.
