when ordering this computer was told that it was a gaming PC.
but will not run some more modern games out there right now.
other than that its a fairly fast PC.
The keyboard i received had a couple buttons stick and still do hopefully MDG WILL fix this issue mouse was fine.
monitor was good as well. wish they told you that the monitor doesnt have sound though. |

Jun. 07, 2019 Not Enough Storage space
it's awesome!! however obviously I didn't read it properly because there is NO cd area to add my software and printer/fax device which was A huge bummer.
Thank you for letting me enjoy the computer it is still awesome and i'll just buy the cd drive since there is a hook up I think.
have a good day/ night

Jul. 31, 2019 Wtf MDG
Firstly I'd like to say the PC is decent HOWEVER the care during shipping was ridiculous and careless. The product was shipped a week late for starters. When it arrived it came in a box 3 times larger than the computer and no where near enough packing bubbles or anything to keep the computer from bouncing around and being damaged. So obviously it got damaged. Their fix for this was either sending a new one and waiting for 2 weeks or they would give me $100 credit towards the $1800. They also said that becuase the damage the warranty is void before it was even out of the box. This is the 3rd time I've recieved damaged goods from MDG. I've had 2 tablets arrive smashed as well. I wont be coming back to MDG. After over 6 years as a customer its clear they care more about the interest they make than the satisfaction of the customer. |
