Fast and easy to use with win 10, although after two weeks I still do not have an activation key after contacting everyday for two weeks. The activation key came on a envelope card with win 10 disk and you are required to scratch to reveal the key. I scratched and nothing was there. Contacted Microsoft spent 2 hours on the phone and they told me I needed to contact mdg. Contacted mdg who advised I needed to contact Microsoft. I advised they cannot assist as they are the reseller and they would handle the exchange of the key due to defective packaging and then mdg would work with Microsoft regarding the issue. Finally after 15 minutes of saying I am not calling Microsoft back the agent said email a photo of the defective scratch off. Emailed the photo two weeks ago and no activation key has been provided after daily follow-up by me. The desktop needs wireless, Bluetooth, and cd Rom if you use that. I use it as entertainment PC working 3 monitors, 65 inch, 45 inch and 24 inch no problem. The process to get the computer was over a month long, shipping was a week late and information needed to be provided to more than one person sometimes doing the same thing 3 times. If you are not in a rush for a new PC, this desktop is easily upgraded and that was my intention purchasing it. Not sure when or ever I will get an activation key. The entire process was cumbersome and time consuming. Only 1 HDMI connection, so vga or dvi is there other option. Otherwise, 12usb available allow for adapters for HDMI. Being a tower, it's easy to open and add hard drives, SSD, etc. Room for 1 more stick of memory. Runs nice with the 8g installed. Adding SSD when I get around to it as the primary drive

Shipped fast. Did not expect to get it 2 days later. And works excellent. Only thing that took a lomg time was the processing of the order, but it was worth it.
