Doniel K May 08, 2019 My first Omen but not my first higher end HP I have found there are several bugs in the system and not much in the help section to show me how to properly use the extra functions this laptop has over my last HP laptop ( HP Envy 7.1) but other than that it is a very nice machine.

William T Apr. 16, 2019 awkward machine First computer I've ever had missing the ""Home"" key. Also, the first I've had with no optical drive. Most of my programs appear to work, but some don't work properly, even in compatibility mode. Seems designed to get me to buy new programs that don't do what I want them for. Small OS drive (SSD so it's fast, but this machine is useless for Adobe Photoshop users (Defaults to C: drive installation, and there's insufficient space, and apparently this target cannot be changed). So, in summary. It starts quickly, I'll give the SSD that much. Everything's loaded before I get the chance to adjust my glasses. But for everything else, it's time to go back to a good, solid, stable Windows 7 machine (which apparently this can't support) Three stars out of five, and most of that is the speed of startup. I'm sure the number will go down as I find more things that don't work.
