I would really owe this product if I had this product. I specifically asked for the product to be delivered to my office at which time I copied my business card front and back with the address. The product went to a depot which I couldn't get to because I am recovering from knee replacement. The phone was sent back to MDG to be delivered back to me but they keep telling me to send address which I have a total of 3 tines now. So paid for the phone biweekly and I don't have the phone so basically paying for nothing. I am actually paying now for 2 phones the first phone died and can't be repaired so had to order the present phone which I am still waiting for. POOR POOR SERVICE!! So where is the phone now I have no idea. Joanne
