I have not opened either of these items, as I ordered them as Christmas gifts for my son, but what I will say is that I am still very satisfied:
1) no delays with the delivery; both arrived within two weeks, on time;
2) the few representatives I spoke to over the phone prior to shipping were amazing — professional, patient and friendly;
3) both packages arrived in excellent condition, no damages whatsoever, so that’s reassuring that they care and take their jobs seriously;
4) a signature was required from me, but because I was at work at the time, the UPS driver who delivered to my house did the right thing by calling me to speak directly to me for permission to leave on my front step without my signature, as I was not home and could not leave work; that was a relief for me as most people today are just simply not trustworthy.??
Overall, despite not opening the packages, I can still say that I am 100% satisfied !?? |

I love the Playstation 5 the only down fall for me is the game Horizon 2 the game pin was missing so I couldn't get the game with the console. But overall I love the game play the graphics the PS5 is amazing. |

I love my ps5, i'm still playing the horizon zero dawn so not sure of the game but i did peek at the game and everything is good. All games are great with it and i can upgrade the internal storage space. Only down fall is there isn't enough storage space right now need to add internal storage card or get a external hard drive. doesn't effect too much just depends on how much games you want to play |

I am a very happy customer . My son received the PS5 for Christmas and he absolutely loves it . All the stress was certainly relieved when I saw the face on my 11 year old Christmas morning. I have to say only for MDG my son wouldn’t have this system today . Thank you all so much. |
