I bought a computer through MDG back in 1996. The service was great back then. I just purchased an ebike through them and the whole process was awesome. As soon as I had completed all that needed to be done, I had my bike in less than a week. I will definitely purchase through MDG in the future. I will definitely recommend it to all my family and friends.

Very good customer service, and helpful staff.

Customer service is great. But you WILL wait 3 weeks for shipping "I still haven't got my things" and the shipping company is terrible. They are now trying to have me schedule a drop off for 11 days from now and it shipped 6 days ago from Canada. I could walk to ohio from Canada quicker. But in a positive note MGD is good on prices and service. Need to work on the shipping
