The customer service training applied to all customer service representatives is amazing. Please don't change anything about them they are great. I have never had a bad experience with anyone at any time everyone is just so willing to help with respect. Great Job Everyone

Lorsque tu as déjà un compte c'est assez simple de passer une commande a nouveau. Seul bémol le taux d'intérêt. Mais si non je les recommande pour le mode de paiement simplifié. Après 3 mois on peut aussi changer la fréquence et le montant du paiement.

When I first came to MDG, I was in dire need of furniture for my home. I couldn't get the help for anywhere or anyone; I was googling all over, getting rejected (crying because my daughter was going into kindergarten, we had to move desperately, and we were almost going to have nothing for our emergency home); then I came across MDG, and it seemed too good to be true. I applied, fingers crossed, and crying; Approved! What? Approved!! I literally jumped up and screamed "YAY"! They took a chance on me, a single mom with a baby, with bills and rent, when no one else would help me; that was almost 5 years ago. Their Client Care (I don't say Customer Service/Care because I'm more than just a Customer of any sorts to them; I'm someone that is treated more), it is simply the best. When they answer the phone, it's confirm your Name and DOB, never a what's your ID(like bell, rogers, master card, etc...Frustrating!); then they transfer you right to your Case Worker(you never have to tell your reason for your call to anyone other then whom is assigned to your file; it's simply refreshing! Let's also not forget that you can hear them smiling through the phone; I've called when I've been having a bad day (I'm in Healthcare, so MDG has their Bedside Manner in check; Always), and I'm off the phone, with ally questions answered in less then 10mins; Smiling; thank you for that, always! The Selection as well, MDG has the widest availability, and affordability is perfect. Delivery is so organized, punctual, and kind; just like my call into MDG, their calls to me, are amazing too. MDG is an Amazing company, I am so thankful that it helped me in my time of need, and it's comforting to know that it will be there for others as well. Thank you so much MDG for everything.
