“MDG Went the Extra Mile and Made Our Christmas Special”
I recently purchased a Samsung 65” QLED Q6F 4K Smart TV from MDG as a Christmas gift for my wife, and I cannot say enough good things about the experience.
At first, I was just a little short on the credit needed to qualify. The customer service agent I spoke with initially said no, which was disappointing, but she was kind and professional. I decided I had nothing to lose and asked if I could speak with someone else, and she immediately said, “Sure,” without hesitation.
I was transferred to another representative, and once I explained that I’ve been a customer since 2019, have purchased several items, and have always made my payments on time, he didn’t even let me finish before saying, “No problem, you can get the TV.”
He walked me through the process, had me log in and sign the paperwork, and assured me the TV would ship out the very next morning. The entire interaction was quick, respectful, and genuinely caring.
Thanks to MDG, I get to surprise my wife on Christmas morning with something she truly wanted, and that means more to me than I can say. MDG didn’t just sell me a TV; they helped make our Christmas special. I’m incredibly grateful and will continue to be a loyal customer.
