4-Level Adjustable Heights
 The boxing bag with stand features a 4-level adjustment function, allowing you to freely choose between the heights of 55'/57.5'/60'/62.5'. Both kids and adults can quickly find the height that suits them to ensure the best boxing training experience.

Firm Base and 6 Suction Cups
 The base of this reflex bag can be filled with 28L of water or 70.5lbs of sand to increase stability and its safety. Other than that, the base is designed with 6 suction cups to ensure that it can be kept in place on various grounds such as lawn, wooden floor, tiled floor, carpet and more during fitness.

Breathable Gloves and Convenient Transportation
 The included boxing gloves feature small holes to achieve the effect of ventilation and bring a better user experience. The bottom of the base can store boxing balls to facilitate storage. The recessed design on both sides of the base acts as the handle in order to increase the convenience of transportation.
