This cast iron Dutch oven, featuring convenient side handles, is oven safe up to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. Made from cast iron, it ensures even heat distribution and retention. Although pre-seasoned, it does not have a non-stick function and should be hand washed only. Always use hot-pads, oven mitts, or potholders when moving or removing the cookware from the stove or oven. With a capacity of 2 quarts, this small Dutch oven is perfect for serving 1-3 people and is ideal for preparing oatmeal, sauces, or cobblers.
