2023 Holiday Shipping Important Dates
As the holiday season approaches, we want to ensure that your shopping experience with us is seamless and that your orders reach you in a timely manner. To help you plan ahead, we've outlined important shipping deadlines for MDG items that ship with Scheduled Delivery and Standard Delivery.
Estimate shipping dates are not applicable to the marketplace items.
For Scheduled Delivery MDG Items
If a down payment(s) is required your down payment(s) must be made by December 1st.
If a down payment is not required place your order by December 5th.
For Standard Delivery MDG Items
If a down payment(s) is required your down payment(s) must be made by December 5th
If a down payment is not required place your order by December 8th.
These dates are general guides to ensure your orders are processed and shipped on time for the holidays. For the marketplace items delivery time may vary by location.
Add additional time to ensure that your order arrives on time for holidays.

Where do you deliver? Can I send shipments outside of Canada?
We only ship orders from www.mdg.ca to locations within Canada. If you reside in the United States please visit our USA page at www.mdg.com to view products shipped to the United States.
Can I ship to a PO Box Address?
We require a signature of a resident 18 years or older at time of delivery. For this reason, we require a FULL Service Address (House Number and Street Name) in order to deliver your package.
When will my delivery arrive?
We want you to get your order as quickly and affordably as possible. We try to consolidate orders into the fewest number of shipments, so your entire order can be delivered at the same time. Depending on item availability, nearest warehouse location and item size, items in your order may ship separately. Items shipping separately, or with multiple carriers will be delivered at different intervals. We encourage you to following the status of your order after it has shipped with the carrier tracking number. For tracking numbers and the expected date of delivery of the items in your order, sign in and view the Order Tracker.
Processing Timeframe
Once your order has been verbally confirmed with a member of our Verification Team, and your required down payment(s) has cleared, your order will be processed within 1-2 business days.
Shipping Timeframe
Once your order has been processed it will be picked up by one of our couriers. Courier is determined by location, package type, and package size. Large and heavy items can’t be shipped by Standard Delivery, they require Scheduled Delivery. Items that require Scheduled Delivery will be noted in your Cart Summary during Check Out.
Standard Delivery: 3-10 business days
Scheduled Delivery: 7-15 business days
For Scheduled Delivery you will be contacted by the courier with 3-5 days after your order has been processed to schedule the delivery.
All timeframes are based on In Stock Items at time of processing.
