Breathable Weighted Blanket
 100% cotton and 3rd high-density sewing technique firmly keep the beads inside and make the blanket more breathable, suitable for hot sleepers. The 7-layers sewing technology helps prevents the blanket from leakage.

Extra Softness & Evenly Distributed Weight
 Unique 7 layer design (0 leaking beads design) and 5.9x5.9 small compartments with precise stitching(2.5-2.9mm one stitch) prevent the beads from shifting from one compartment to another, making the blanket distribute the weight evenly. It also provides extra softness and contours the shape of your body due to high-standard cotton.

How to Choose
 The weight of the blanket should be about 10% of your body weight. For example, a 150 lb adult would use a 15 lb weighted blanket, and a 65 lb child would use a 7 lb weighted blanket. The blanket should be no longer in size than the top of your mattress and should not hang over the sides of your bed.

Easy Care
 Hand wash and hang dry is the best way for cleaning. Can also be machine washed in low and gentle speed. A duvet cover is highly recommended for easier cleaning.
